This Web page and the DASI eCLINIC online software are owned by DASI INFORMATICA, S.L., with registered office at Avenida Meridiana, 32, mezzanine 3 and 4, 08018 – Barcelona (Spain), CIF B61554515, registered in the Barcelona Mercantile Registry, f. 82, t. 30655, h. B-177483
The terms and conditions set forth below for the DASI eCLINIC service utilization are understood to have been read, understood and fully accepted by the user at the time you complete the registration form and create your login account.
If you do not agree to these terms you will have to refrain from using the DASi eCLINIC Web application and Services.
First. -General terms
DASI eCLINIC is an online services software that allows users to integrate the management of the Medical Center and the data of their patients. DASI eCLINIC has been developed by DASI INFORMATICA, S.L.
DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. reserves the right to change and / or modify the Terms and Conditions at any time and without notice. The violation of our Terms and Conditions may result in the suspension or immediate termination of your license.
The user shall accept again this Terms and Conditions whenever he modifies or changes of Plan.

Second. - Definitions:
Below, there are detailed the definitions of the terms that will govern these Conditions:
Administrator: registered user who acquires one or more licenses. As an Administrator you can create new users associated with these licenses.
System: refers to all features and functionalities of the Web application DASI eCLINIC.
User: person who has been authorized by the Administrator to access to the System.
License: authorization that yields the right to use the System, not exclusively.
Role: functions determined by the job. Composed of permissions.
Permission: Access and modification privileges.
Authorized personnel: new system users created by the Administrator.
Plans: System modalities including benefits and functions depending on the chosen Plan (Free, Basic, Plus and Premium).
Confidential Information: information or personal data included, including databases, introduced in DASI eCLINIC.
Third. - User rights and limitations
You will be granted by a nonexclusive, personal, nontransferable, limited license to access and use the System to obtain the services during the contract term, subject to full compliance with the terms and conditions set forth in these Terms and Conditions. You agree not to:
put the system in whole or in part, available to any other person, entity or company,
copy, decompile or disassemble the system in whole or in part, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the software used in the system, nor
modify the Services or the system or associated software or services or combine the system with any other software or services not provided or approved by us.
Fourth. - About the System
I.- Access
The access to the DASI eCLINIC system requires registration through the registration form and the chosen Plan payment. After entering your data, you will receive an email confirming the activation process.
You will choose a user name and password during the Registration, which will serve to identify you ad “Administrator”. You can create multiple users but you can only activate them depending on the number of licenses purchased. You, the Administrator, will choose the name of access for new users, the password will be randomly generated and sent to the new user’s email.
After accepting these Terms and Conditions, DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. entitles the user to access the system and use the services offered by DASI eCLINIC.
You agree that you cannot access to the system or use the services for any other purpose. In particular:
You may not reproduce, publish or distribute the content of the system that violates the rights of any third party, copyrights, trade secrets, advertising, privacy or other personal or property rights;
You must comply with applicable laws, including law related to maintaining privacy, security and confidentiality of the information and personal data.
You may not:
Use the services to transmit or publish illegal information or messages with obscene, offensive, threatening, defamatory or harassing character.
Perform an abuse or misuse of the system or services, including obtaining or attempting to gain unauthorized access to the system, alteration or destruction of information in the system (except for accepted practices).
Use the system or the services to interfere in the other users use of the system.
II.- Plans
In order to use DASi eCLINIC you must purchase one of the following Plans:
- Free: Basic Plan, single-user, patients limited (100). It can include advertising.
- Basic: (2.5 GB per user)
Portal: resumes, employment exchange (available soon), license control, permits and roles, technic support and suggestion forms, news, Marketplace (available soon).
Program: profiles, permits control, patients, professionals, auxiliary tables, clinical agenda, periods and schedules, visit management/clinical course, medical episodes, antecedents and drugs, document management (documents and images of the patient), medical reports, protocols and health questionnaires, billing, external security backup (basic).
Extras: Vademecum, additional 2.5 GB, personal, External security backup (Complete), Job personal backup.
Plus: (5 GB per user)
It includes the Basic Plan.
Portal: service directory (available soon), CV link with Linkedin
Program: multi-center, ICD10, statistics, digital signature (available soon)
Extras: Vademecum, additional 2.5 GB.
Premium: (50 GB per user)
It includes the Plus Plan.
Portal: editorial (available soon), offer consulting services to other professionals (available soon).
Program: Vademecum, digital receipt (available soon).
You may change the number of Licenses, buy extras or change of Plan at any time.
III. - Content
The information appearing in the system can be introduced by others, so DASI eCLINIC is not responsible for the accuracy or completeness of such information.
You assume all risk and liability for the use of information obtained through the system and agree that DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. is nor responsible for any claim arising from the use of such information.
You, as Administrator, are responsible for the accuracy of your data and shall be the only responsible for any disputes or litigation that might result from its falsity.
IV.- Security
DASI eCLINIC will implement all necessary security measures to protect the information stored in the system.
Also, you will notify us immediately of any violation or suspected breach of the system security, or any unauthorized use or disclosure of the information system.
You will comply with the terms of the Terms andConditions, our privacy policy and all applicable laws and regulations.
In this sense, You, ad Administrator, and all new users agree to adopt and maintain reasonable and appropriate security measures to prevent the disclosure or unauthorized use of your username and password.
V.- System uses
You may allowyour authorized personnel to use of the syste and the services offered by DASI eCLINIC through the creation of new users, subject to these Terms and Conditions.
As Administrator, You can create and activate new users based on the number of licenses purchased.
You may assign to these new users Roles and / or Permits. You can create as many Roles as you wish. Each Role will integrate a series of permissions that You may modify and customize, depending on the user that you assign it.
VI.- Liability
You are solely responsible for your use of the System, so DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. shall not be responsible for the consequences resulting from such use.
You agree to indemnify DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. of any claim or liability arising from:
Any violation by you or your authorized personnel of all warranties or agreements contained in the Terms and Conditions,
Actions that may take any third party that has accessed to the System using your username and password or your authorized personnel.
Your negligent or intentional behavior, or any of your authorized personnel.
VII.- Use of the information
The DASI eCLINIC System stores information and health data of patients that you entered. This information will only be available for you and your personnel. You are solely responsible for gathering the necessary consents and / or authorizations for the processing of your patients information.
DASI INFORMATICA, S.L.may Access the information You have entered in the System in order to adapt, manage and improve the service and the functions offered by the System, always in compliance of the privacy policy. Likewise, we inform you that all the information stored in the DASI eCLINIC software may be used dissociated, without identifying personal data, in order to perform internal marketing studies and / or statistics.
Without limiting the foregoing, DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. may allow access to the system developers hired under appropriate confidentiality agreements.
Fifth.- Intellectual property
The DASI eCLINIC platform is protected by national intellectual property legislation and by provisions contained in international treaties that protect intellectual property.
The licenses of the platform DASI eCLINIC shall not be copied, adapted, translated, offered, distributed, altered, modified, reverse engineered or used in combination with other software, except to the extent that is permitted in these Terms and Conditions or applicable law expressly provides that this right cannot legally be excluded by contract.
With the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. explicitly prohibits any infringement of intellectual property.
You grant that you are the intellectual owner of any content that you store in DASI eCLINIC or, in any case, you agree to dispose of the corresponding authorization of the intellectual owner that legitimize you.
Sixth.- Data protection and Privacy Policy
I.- Data Controller
In compliance with Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13 on the Protection of Personal Data (LOPD), DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. states that has adopted the necessary technical and organizational measures to ensure the security of the information contained in DASI eCLINIC.
The personal data that DASI eCLINIC collects and, in particular, the registered users data introduced during the contract procedure, are automatically processed and incorporated into the corresponding data files owned by DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. (Data Controller ), duly registered in the Spanish Data Protection Agency Registry.
The collection andautomatic processing of personal data is aimed at maintaining the contractual relationship, as well as the performance of information task, improving the services quality and other activities resulting from the online platform.
The User may at any time exercise its rights of access, rectification, cancelation and objection recognized on the LOPD. These rights may be exercised by writing to the email address lopd@dasi.es
II. – Data Processor
In those cases where DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. figures as data processor, it will assume the obligations set under LOPD, meaning that it will only process the data according to the controller instructions and that will not apply or use the data for any different purpose. DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. shall only access and process the patients’ or other individuals’ personal data related with the User if such access is necessary to meet its contractual obligations.
Access by DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. to personal data files owned by the User (Administrator), will not be considered as communication of data or data transference, because such access and the related treatment are necessary to perform the contracted services. In this sense, DASI INFORMATICA, S.L., as data processor of the User’s data files, agree to adopt an implement the appropriate technical and organizational High level security measures referred in Article 9 of the LOPD and in the Royal Decree 1720/2007 of 21 December, which approves the Regulation implementing the LOPD.
These security measures include:
Functions and responsibilities of the personnel: DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. personnel knows the internal security policy and is aware of the commitment regarding the confidentiality and integrity of data owned by the User.
Record of incidents:DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. will communicate the incidents occurred that may affect the information stored by the User in DASI eCLINIC through the platform’s alert system, indicating the type of incident, the time it has occurred and the consequences caused by itself. The platform’s user may notify incidences through the support system via tickets. It will be assigned a number to track the progress and online responses of its incidence.
Access control: DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. will have authorized access only to the resources needed to carry out its maintenance, management and development functions. The User shall use the access control mechanisms made available through the DASI eCLINIC system, consisting in a user name and a password which has to meet the following requirements: 8 characters, alphanumeric, limited to a 3 months period and unable to repeat the last 3 passwords when renewing it. In this sense, You and your authorized users agree to adopt and maintain reasonable and appropriate security measures in order to prevent the disclosure or the unauthorized use of your username or password.
Identification and authentication: DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. will maintain an updated list of its employees with authorized access to the information, improving the services quality and other activities resulting from the DASI eCLINIC platform, existing a procedure for allocating, distributing and storing passwords ensuring its confidentiality and integrity, implementing mechanisms to identify unambiguously those employees. The passwords management do not include the management of those controlled by the User, as holder of the license, and its authorized users, which maintenance and control is the responsibility of the User, as provided in these Terms and Conditions.
Physical access control: the dependencies that house the infrastructure that provides the service are equipped with access control and monitoring and control systems to ensure that only the authorized personnel may access them.
Backup and recovery: DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. performs automatic daily security backups of the information contained in DASI eCLINIC in different servers, storing a history of copies of the last 30 days.
In addition, users of DASI eCLINIC will have the option (allocated in its Control Panel), to download a backup of the information contained in DASi eCLINIC. Users can choose between two types of copies: Total or Partial.
The Total backup is generated whenever the user perform an express request (though the Control Panel), and it will contain a copy of medical records (a PDF file of each patient) and a folder for each patient where will be allocated the images, reports and document associated. All this information will be compressed in a Zip file that the user may download from its Control Panel. With this copy method, the user may have all the information entered in the DASI eCLINIC software.
The Partial backup will be a user configurable option from its Control Panel that will allow users to receive an email to the account previously assigned with the following attachments: clinic Agenda, clinic history of the patients to be visited that day (both documents in PDF files and compressed in a Zip file). The user may define from its Control Panel the frequency with which the user want to make a Partial copy (daily or weekly) and the days the user want to receive the email with this information (choice of one to seven days, counting from the last Partial copy email received). The purpose of this copy mode is to allow users to continue working with the information they have entered into DASI eCLINIC, in case the user do not have Internet access.
The User is responsible for downloading the opportune restoration backups, where appropriate, to perform the periodic checks required by law. If the backup services is not included in the hired Plan, is the User’s responsibility to hire the additional services needed or implement the opportune backup tools.
In addition to the above mentioned backups, the DASI eCLINIC’s servers are hosted on Amazon Web Services LLC, which are equipped with Multi-AZ deployments, allowing automatically replicated in several areas of availability (Logical Datacenter), the information contained on their servers, thus ensuring greater availability of data and backups.
DASI eCLINIC’s servers are hosted inside the European Union.
Audit: DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. will provide the data necessary to Users for perform audits by its internal personnel or by a third party, provided such information is related to the files owned by the User.
Access log: the logical access control will be conducted through personal passwords and a logging record. The accesses will be limited to the hired services purpose and they will be registered in any case.
Telecommunications: DASI eCLINIC has implemented a SSL certificate with Extended Validation (EV) for encrypted data transmission through a high-level encryption system (Advanced Encryption Standard 256 bits). This certificate has been subscribed with DigiCert Inc.
III.- Data Privacy
DASI INFORMATICA, S.L.is obliged to destroy the stored data after termination of the services that created the need for access by the processor, unless there is a legal provision requiring its conservation. The backup copies including User’s files will be destroyed 30 days after the termination of the contract relationship.
DASI INFORMATICA, S.L.undertakes to maintain the strictest secrecy regarding personal information classified as confidential. It will be considered as confidential any personal data contained in DASI eCLINIC, which DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. access to perform the hired services.
DASI INFORMATICA, S.L.agrees not to disclose such confidential information and not to publish it, either directly or through third parties or companies, or making it available to third parties without the User’s prior consent.
In this sense, the user is informed that its contact data and its workplace details will be reported to PayPal as an intermediary in the payment process, to facilitate the contracted services.
The disclosure is not prohibited if the User is priory noticed, provided that such disclosure is mandatory under a law or an enforceable judicial resolution.
This agreement do not impose any obligation on DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. in relation to any information that could prove, by legally sufficient evidence that such information: (a) was already owned or knew before receiving the same information by the User without being any duty to maintain its confidentiality, (b) is or becomes public domain without breach of these Terms and Conditions, (c) is received by DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. from a third party entitles to disclose it without obligation to keep such information confidential, or (d) is independently developed by DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. without the participation of individuals who has access to the information.
DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. will inform its personnel of their obligations and requirements regarding the processing of personal data set forth in these Terms and Conditions. DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. will perform as many warnings and subscribe as many documents as may be necessary with its personnel to ensure the compliance with such obligations. DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. is responsible for the misuse by its personnel of the information owned by the User.
DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. is not responsible for the breach of the LOPD provisions by the User in relation with his professional activity and in his compliance with these Terms and Conditions. Hence, each party shall not be liable for breach of this rule by the other party.
Seventh.- Technical specifications
You agree to purchase, install, configure or maintain the hardware, software or communications systems needed to access the DASI eCLINIC System. You will have to ensure that your configuration is compatible with the System. For the correct operation on the platform an Internet connection and one of the following browsers are required: Mozilla Firefox 17, Google Chrome 19, Internet Explorer 9, Safari 6 or higher.
DASI eCLINIC uses cookies. Cookies are files created in the user’s browsers to record its activity in DASI eCLINIC allowing a more fluid and personalized navigation. To use DASI eCLINIC it is mandatory to install the following cookies:

Treeview: DASI eCLINIC cookie that allows the user to view correctly the permission hierarchy.

When using this website You consent to the treatment of information regarding yourself by Google in the way and for the purposes indicated above. At any rate, we inform you that in order to cancel the possible data treatment made by Google, you will have to direct the mentioned company to that effect. The lender has no technical or legal capacity to proceed with the data treatment suspension outside the field delimited by the files and technical means of your ownership. No responsibilities could be demanded in this sense.
Eighth.- Price
Planes: Free Free, Basic Plan 15 € / month, Plus Plan 25 € / month, Premium Plan 40 € / month (includes the Vademecum), Vademecum 8 € / month, Additional 2.5 GB 1 € / month, Job personal backup (4 €/month), External security backup (Complete) (4 €/month), parking service 5 €/month.
Prices are monthly and per License. An 21% VAT tax must be included.
Discounts depending on periods of payment: 1% discount quarterly, 2% Semester, 5% Yearly.
Discounts by Licensing volume: 2 licenses 5%, 3 licenses 15%, 4-6 licenses 20%, 7-10 licenses 25%, 11-15 licenses 27%, 16-20 licenses 31%, 21-25 licenses 35%, 26-30 licenses 40%, 31-35 licenses 45%, 36-40 licenses 50%, plus than 40 licenses 55% discount.
All prices and discounts set forth herein are subject to future modifications. DASI INFORMATICA, S.L. reserves the right to make any changes it deems appropriate, without prior notice. These changes will not affect the services previously hired. All modifications and updates will be published in these Terms and Conditions.
Ninth.- Payments
Invoices payment for the use of licenses will be made through Paypal or credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard or Mastro), and will be billed monthly in advance, depending on the payment frequency selected by You.
Tenth.- Modifications
You may modify your purchased Plan, increasing or reducing the number of licenses, varying the payment frequency (30 days, 90 days, 180 days, 360 days), adding extra services(Vademecum, additional 2.5 GB) or changing the Plan in full.
Eleventh.- Term and Termination
The initial term of this agreement shallbegin on the effective date of acquisition of the Plan and will continue indefinitely until either party terminates the contractual relationship.
Are causes for terminating the contract, without limitation, failure to pay the agreed fee, violation by the User of any point of these Terms and Conditions, or the waiver of the User. The unilateral withdrawal by the User carries no right to refund of fee amounts already satisfied and not taken. In the case of Free Plan the contract will terminate automatically if for a period of six months the user doesn’t accesses the application.
Twelfth.- Applicable Law
The interpretation, validity and performance of this agreement and the clauses in it are subject to Spanish law; in the event of courts proceedings arising disputes, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Spanish courts, specifically the city of Barcelona. Unless law provides otherwise.
Spanish shall be the language for the resolution of any dispute through legal procedure.
If for any reason a competent jurisdiction court resolves that any provision of these Terms and Conditions is illegal, invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law in a particular jurisdiction:
These clauses will not be affected in other jurisdictions to the extent that the resolution does not apply, and in the relevant jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in force in all its aspects.
